We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website.
Order Creation and Electronic Contracting
The technical steps required creating a contract between you and we Gift Xperts are as follows:
You place the order for your products on the website by pressing the confirm order button at the end of the check-out process. You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on the website.
- We will send to you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered.
- As your product is shipped from our warehouse we will send you a dispatch confirmation email.
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch to you of the Products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it.
The Non-acceptance could be of one of the following reasons;
- The product you ordered being unavailable from stock.
- Our inability to obtain authorization for your payment.
- The identification of a pricing or product description error.
- You do not meet the eligibility to order criteria set out in the main Terms & Conditions.

Order Cancellation
Please note that you are entitled to cancel your order, provided that the order has been not been processed by Gift Xperts. A 25% surcharge is deducted from the total amount as an order cancellation charges and money transfer fee.

Gift Xperts makes every effort to ensure that the product descriptions and photographs provided on this web site are accurate and life-like. Whilst the reproduction of colors and styles contained on the photographs shown on this website are as accurate as image and photographic processing will allow, Expressgiftservice.com cannot accept responsibility for slight variances in color or style. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, VGA card, resolution of your computer, browser used. We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate
Each Product purchased is sold subject to its Product Description which sets out additional Specific Conditions related to that Product including, without limitation, terms and conditions concerning estimated delivery dates and times, warranties, after-sales service and guarantees.
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of Products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep the Website as up to date as possible, the information including Product Descriptions appearing on this Website at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order. Gift Items, Products
In the event of supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute goods or packaging of equal quality and value. Complaints about the flowers and cakes and any perishable items should register within an hour of delivery. Any complaints after that will not be considered.
Payment
All prices are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of your order is the price of the Products ordered plus delivery charges as set out in the Delivery section of this Website. Payment can be made by any of the methods specified in the Payment section of this Website and payment will be debited and cleared from your account as set out in the Payment section of this Website.
You confirm that the credit, debit card that is being used is yours.
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorize payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Refusal of transaction
We reserve the right to withdraw any Products from this Website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this Website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any Product from this Website whether or not that Product has been sold; removing or editing any materials or content on the Website; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

High Value Transactions
All high value transactions such as mobile phones and electronics can not be shipped until transaction has been cleared by the bank. It could take up to 4 to 5 working days. We also verify each high value transaction by calling the person, if you have provided wrong information that could delay your delivery and delivery will not be made until correct details will be provided by buyer. For any high value transactions, we may also ask for the proof of address and copy of credit card statement used in that transaction.

The available dates for standard free shipping dates are selectable. If you would like to place an order for the non-selectable date, please select Next Day Delivery

If you have not selected a delivery date, we will process the order in 24-48 hours and deliver it.
Delivery Time
We offer delivery time ranges for our customers/recipients convenience, but please do note, in case recipient is not available during that time frame, re-try for delivery will not be possible.
Next Day
We offer next day deliveries, please refer to products additional information to check if product is applicable for next day delivery and "List of cities: weekends/time sensitive/holidays orders"
Delivery Times
The orders are delivered between 10am and 6pm. In some locations and on busy gift days, delivery time can extend up to 8pm.
We accommodate time specified deliveries; please select the required time frame while placing the order.
Delivery to public/private institutions
Public places and private institutions constitutes of hostels, academic institutions, hospitals, hostels etc etc. In our experience mentioned places do not accept deliveries unless they are for employees or management. We can attempt to deliver the order but if our delivery team is not allowed to deliver the order or there is no recipient present at the destination, order status will be processed as no-recipient-present and no refunds will be offered.
Free Standard Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all our products including weekends and holiday orders. Please allow 24-48 hours for orders to process.
Recipient Not Available
First Attempt: If recipient is not available to receive the order, we will re-attempt for perishable products (e.g., cakes, flowers) and leave a note for all non-perishable with pick-up location information.
Second Attempt: If recipient is not available to receive the order with perishable products, we will have no choice but to dispose off the products. Please do note, the order will considered as delivered and no refunds will be offered.
In rare cases, we request neighbors of recipient if they would be willing to accept the order on the behalf of recipient and give it to them upon there availability.
In an unusual scenario, recipient denies to accept the order, in that case we dispose the products on first attempt and no refunds are issued.
If any person at the specified delivery address receives the order, the delivery will be assumed as made and delivered. No claims for non-acceptance of gift items will be accepted.
Cancel Order Delivery
If you wish to cancel the order delivery, please contact us within one hour of order placement. We do not cancel orders after first hour, but if its extremely urgent, please do contact us and we will try our best to accommodate you. Please note, no refunds are issued on cancellation of order. All orders/sales are final.
In case we are not able to cancel the order, the request will be declined and order will delivered as planned.
Change Shipping Address After Order Placement
In case you found that there was an error in the shipping address or contact information, please contact us immediately. Most orders are processed with in the first hour regardless of delivery date, so change in city name will not be possible. If you would like to change street name, street number or phone number, we can attempt to accommodate the request.
The closer we are to delivery date, the harder it will get to change the order/address information. Unfortunately in some cases it will not be possible. No refunds will be offered.
Refunds: All refunds are offered in the form of store credit and not greater than the amount paid for the placed order. If an order is cancelled due to fraud risk after order placement, please allow 7-10 business days for the money to be released.
